All items must be in re-saleable condition, in other words. The tags have not been removed. The item has not been used, worn or damaged. Don't forget to include your details. Them before return them - you won't accept to receive clothing with hair on them, so don't. All orders placed from 1:01pm will be dispatched the following day. If ordered after 1:00pm on a Friday the order will be dispatched Monday. We dispatch the orders every day as per our schedule, but we do not have control if the courier service has delays.
