The Sonik SKS8000 Surf reel is a full-sized surf reel which has been designed to meet the requirements of the UK beach angler. The spool design gives smooth long casts and the large handle helps to speed gear and fish back to the beach.

Beach size fixed spool reel. 5 + 1 Ball bearings. Oversize soft grip handle knob. Capacity 220yds x 20lb nylon (300m x 0.40mm). The new SKS Black Shore Rods bring the world of top end surf rods to a whole new accessible level.

Featuring upgraded more powerful yet lighter blanks from its SKS Shore Rod predecessor that will suit every casting ability easily. Finished in new eye catching black and red graphics and a white tip to improve bite detection, each rod comes finished with a custom sliding reel seat to fit reel up or reel down casting styles.
