The Samson Longcast 12ft Todos Spinning Rod has been designed to target Seabass and many other species from the shore. The Samson Longcast 12' Todos has been thoroughly tested on a variety of fish and has proven more than capable of dealing with large Corvina in South Africa, 40lb Tuna from the shores of Australia, and a range of snappers, Jacks and large Snook in Central America. The rod is not only designed for casting lures a distance, but the 12ft reach allows for working lures around rocks and guiding fish through challenging terrain. With a fast action and a fairly stiff tip this rod is the ideal tool for working Samson lures and other lures from rocky ledges and beaches. The Longcast is a light powerful rod which can be crucial when landing larger fish up against the rocks in rougher conditions or even lifting fish out when necessary. In tests the Samson Longcast 12ft Todos has dead lifted 7kg!
