Vintage Pair Of Marco Gerry Savage Carp Rods

  

I bought these rods from new as a young man. I believe they were part built blanks and i had single leg green ceramic fujis fitted by my local tackle shop. State of the art rods in the late 70s early 80s!! I used them briefly before girls and pubs etc took me away from fishing for quite some time. I bought carbon mark 1 armalites when i vame back to it so these have been in storage for 40 years, blimey, must be.

They are in excellent condition with no marks at all that i can see and very clean corks and decals. Looking around they are allegedly rare and it would be lovely for them to go to someones collection or get used by a vintage tackle fan. There is nothing to say so on them but i believe they are a 1 and 3/4 test, through action 10ft 6in or 11ft rod.

They have the original cotton canvas blue Marco rod bags too. Thank you very much for looking.
